In the current episode, the contrast between Alenwen and Skaldiv is presented in a particularly impressive way. As Alenwen strolls through the garden with ease and joy, greeting her animals in a friendly manner and enjoying the beauty of spring in a joyful dance, she seems to live in a world of carefree ease. Her cheerful nature echoes through the blossoming plants as she takes in the scent of the flowers and marvels at the harmonious interplay of nature.

On the other side is Skaldiv, who faces the challenges of the day with determination and diligence. Under the blazing sun, she works intensively and tirelessly in the garden, digging, planting and fighting against the relentless heat of the day. Sweat pours down her face as she resolutely tries to keep the garden neat and tidy. Her efforts, hard work and constant complaining about the oppressive heat form a clear contrast to Alenwen’s playful hustle and bustle. Skaldiv’s dedication and the seriousness with which she goes about her task stand in sharp contrast to Alenwen’s carefree and cheerful nature.

The episode emphasises these differences not only through the different actions of the two characters, but also through the portrayal of the environment. Alenwen enjoys the beautiful aspects of spring, taking inspiration from nature and using her time to relax, dance and pet the animals, while Skaldiv is faced with the challenges that gardening brings. Skaldiv is forced to face the adversities of nature, while Alenwen seems oblivious to these challenges and dwells in her own world of ease. The contrasts of light and shadow, black and white, joy and endeavour are omnipresent and reflect the different personalities of the two.

Later in the episode, Skaldiv invites Alenwen on a hike together. What was planned as a relaxed outing quickly develops into a small adventure characterised by a series of unexpected events. A seemingly harmless attempt to prepare a homemade herbal tea leads to a surprising and humorous incident that makes for plenty of laughs and turns the outing into an unforgettable experience.
