Episode 3 – Flowers and Erebor (-remastered-)

Story:

In episode 3 of “Darkbats Alenwen,” our adventurer Alenwen wakes up in the cozy stable of Skaldiv. After stretching and doing some exercises, she strolls through the blooming garden and enjoys the colorful flowers. But when she notices that Skaldiv is not there, she decides to have breakfast first.

Strengthened and full of energy, Alenwen leaves the property and heads towards the center of the settlement. There, she discovers a sign announcing a dance and singing festival at Erebor. Immediately, she is excited and decides to participate. However, aside from the sign, she notices an empty lot that piques her curiosity.

Upon arriving there, she is greeted by Joseph, the real estate agent. In a confusing conversation, he persuades Alenwen to buy the house at an exaggeratedly high price. She immediately agrees and then sets off for Erebor.

There, Alenwen is intercepted by a stern Dwarf guard who demands gold to let her in. However, since she has none left, she must negotiate a deal. After some back and forth, she is allowed to pass and marvels at the vast halls of Erebor.

She unexpectedly encounters Skaldiv, who vents her frustration on a Dwarf by drinking schnapps with him. When Skaldiv notices Alenwen, she tries to flee as quickly as possible. Alenwen eventually meets the Dwarven clan of Durin’s Fist of Justice. Boldly, she asks if she could sing to their music, and thus the adventure begins.
