Episode 12 – Time – Darkbats Alenwen

Story

In this thrilling episode of “Alenwen,” the adventures of Alenwen and Skaldiv are coming to an end, but some questions remain unanswered:

The two are still in Celondim, an Elven area. Skaldiv is annoyed because Alenwen is once again at the hairdresser’s, and she wants to go home. Alenwen, on the other hand, is saddened that her exciting adventures are coming to an end. Skaldiv urges her to return, but she shows Alenwen one of the most beautiful places in Middle-earth: the Dwarf area with its impressive halls. They continue their journey and eventually reach the place that Alenwen describes as the most beautiful. Alenwen is overwhelmed by its beauty and full of joy.

After some funny moments, they decide to stay there, and Alenwen experiences one of the happiest days of her life. But the next morning, reality sets in again, and Alenwen is saddened that her adventures are coming to an end. She enjoys the last hours in this beautiful environment and then sets off for home with Skaldiv.

In their homeland, they encounter Joseph and his wife Zenzi. Zenzi confronts Alenwen, fearing that there was an affair between Alenwen and Joseph. However, Alenwen explains that she got Joseph out of prison, and the letter from Bree contained the 500 gold coins. Zenzi loses her temper, but Skaldiv manages to calm the situation with a stern word. Joseph and Zenzi quickly disappear.

Skaldiv questions Alenwen about why she got Joseph out of prison, but ultimately, she doesn’t care. They return to Alenwen’s house, where Skaldiv bids a brief farewell and wants some peace from Alenwen, which she gets.

The next day, Alenwen is sad and bored again. She heads towards Skaldiv’s house to watch her. Skaldiv discovers Alenwen once more and allows her to come to her. They spend another beautiful evening together until something terrible happens the next morning.
